Celebrate our third single cask brandy expression with The Eclipse, an extraordinarily rare release limited to just 180 bottles.

Crafted from wild-fermented Chenin Blanc grapes sourced from old Swartland vines, this spirit underwent double distillation in our pot still before resting for four years in Cask B5x2B. This 100L ex-whisky cask previously held our Single Malt Whisky spirit for 5 months, imparting distinctive character to the finished brandy.

The Eclipse delivers a rich, creamy profile with complex layers of dry earthy and spicy fruit aromas. On the palate, initial fruity brandy notes give way to deep chocolaty whisky undertones, finishing full and whisky-like at 48% ABV. Its yellow amber hue reflects natural colour imparted by the whisky cask.

As the third edition in our four-part limited single cask brandy series, this collector's piece arrives in 500 mL format with natural colour and non-chill filtered integrity.
