This small batch Single Malt Spirit is made from South African and specially roasted malts, and then distilled in our pot and column still. The heart cut is matured on toasted Cherrywood using our AccelerAge® technology. The rose gold colour is accompanied by the warm malty base, with light fruity and spicy notes and a crisp and dry finish.
Our AccelerAge® technology allows for the use of alternative wood expressions using the same initial base spirit used in the whole Innovate Range.
Nose: Delicate fruity and floral notes, with ginger and spice
Palate: A light savoury sweetness with a touch of spice
Finish: Crisp and medium dry spicy aftertaste
Bottled at 46% ABV.
