Single Malt Spirit - New Make Spirit

This very limited release is the Innovate Range's unaged malt spirit base, bottled at production strength. This beautifully clear new make spirit is made from a selection of South African and roasted malts, and distilled through our pot and column still. The heart cut new make spirit is bottled at 65% and showcases the unique, soft and warm malt and fruit base that all of the Innovate Range's unique wood expression spirits are built on. 

Nose - Rich malt, dark spice and earthiness, with stewed fruit notes

Palate - Warm, round and rich, with an initial sweet touch developing into a complex savoury flavour

Finish - Complex and creamy 

NATURAL COLOUR (NO ADDITIVES) - Beautifully clear
